we work with a six-week program of 30 minute sessions leaving your whole body energized, revitalized and firmer already after the first session. After gathering information about you and your fitness-wellness goals your very own personal trainer puts you through a whole body workout, selecting exercises to target your chosen problem areas. Two – three classes a week with the full support of your instructor will get you into shape for a holiday or a wedding dress rehearsal.

What's All The Buzz About?
The vibration training platform vibrates about 30 to 50 times per second (Hz). The vibration travels through the whole body producing muscle contractions in very small, rapid movements the same amount of time.
Most traditional workouts only reach 40% to 60% of the muscles being activated, this safe method stimulates the whole muscular system at once. Muscle fatigue in specifically targeted body parts could be reached within 30 to 60 seconds without the repetitions or joint overuse.

After purchasing your membership with us you'll be registered in our online booking system, where you can easily manage your bookings. Kindly give us 48 hour notice to cancel or book your classes. Bookings are available for two weeks in advance.
